General information

The owner of the online store pit-stop.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ Pit-Stop Rehvid (registration code 11676806), located at Punane tn. 48, 13619 Tallinn, Estonia.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

All tire prices displayed in the pit-stop.ee e-shop are in euros and include 20% VAT. OÜ Pit-Stop Rehvid reserves the right to change the prices of tires and services at any time, without notice. The prices displayed in the Pit-stop.ee e-shop only apply to products ordered from the e-shop.

Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.

Formation of the order

The fastest and most convenient way is to use the tire search on the home page of the pit-stop.ee e-shop. By entering the tire size of interest in the search, selecting from above, season/ tire type: studded tires, lamellar tires, summer tires, all the tires we offer in the requested size will be displayed.

By selecting the most suitable tire from the search result and clicking on it, a detailed view of the selected tire will open, if suitable, add the product to the shopping cart. By default, four (4) tires are offered as the quantity to be purchased, the quantity can be changed both before and after adding the product to the cart. The minimum order quantity of rims in the online store is four pieces, a set.

Before you proceed to confirm the order, please make sure that the order is suitable for you in the shopping cart view.

To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and confirm the purchase conditions. By agreeing to the terms, you have confirmed the correctness of your data (name, phone, when booking tire service - car type, wheel size, type and number of tires to be changed, car registration number, when booking bridge adjustment - car type and registration number).

The screen also displays the amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link. The payment options are as follows: internet bank/ bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, etc.). Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Our company forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.

The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Webshop.

After making the payment, the e-shop will send you a confirmation to the entered e-mail address. In the absence of a confirmation email, check your email address, the "spam" folder and mark the e-mail from the online store as not spam. Since we inform you at the same e-mail address, when you can pick up your goods.

The delivery time for tires is usually 1 (one) working day, rims - 2 (two) working days.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivery) will be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery

We will not deliver the ordered goods to your requested address. All products and services can be picked up at our office. Tallinn, Punane tänav 48. Opening hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 - 18:00, Sat 10:00 - 15:00.

Order Maintenance

Ordered products are stored free of charge for 30 days at our address, Punane tänav 48, Tallinn. To extend storage beyond 30 days, we offer to purchase a separate service.

After the end of the free storage period, in the absence of contact with the buyer, Pit-Stop Rehvid OÜ has the right to terminate the sales contract and return 75% of the transaction value to the customer.

Utilization fee

The disposal fee is included in the price of every tire displayed in the pit-stop.ee e-shop. OÜ Pit-Stop Rehvid has joined the producer responsibility organization MTÜ Eesti rehviliit.

Since January 1, 2006, all tires sold in the Republic of Estonia are subject to producer responsibility, which means that the manufacturer/importer/wholesaler or retailer is obliged to ensure the collection of used tires and their recycling or disposal. At the collection points, old tires are accepted free of charge from private individuals, local governments, welfare companies and from tire companies and transport companies that have a contract with the Estonian Tire Association. Sales Guarantee

All tires sold in the pit-stop.ee e-shop are covered by a 1 (one) year sales guarantee given by the tire manufacturer. The seller of the sales guarantee is OÜ Pit-Stop Rehvid, with address Punane tn. 48, 13619 Tallinn. The sales guarantee covers both the product material and errors resulting from the production process.

The following defects are not covered by the warranty:

  • tire damage caused by bad road conditions (pothole, curb, etc.)
  • tires that have been used beyond the wear limit of the pattern
  • tire damage caused by an accident (accident, fire, etc.)
  • tire damage caused by incorrect use (incorrect tire pressure, incorrect run-in, unbalanced wheels, overloading, nailing, racing, etc.)
  • repaired and/or restored tires

The basis for processing a warranty case is the purchase invoice. The customer sends the purchase invoice, a description of the problem and his contact information to OÜ Pit-Stop Rehvid e-mail address epood@pit-stop.ee. Within two to three (2-3) working days, our representative will contact the customer to clarify the circumstances and details.

Defective products are examined, which explains whether it is a warranty case or not. If the examination proves a material or production error, the tire will be repaired, replaced with a new one or financially compensated. OÜ Pit-Stop Rehvid mediates the warranty process between the customer and the manufacturer.

Return of goods

The customer has the right to return the tires purchased from the pit-stop.ee e-store within 14 days from the moment the customer receives the tires. When returning the tires, the customer bears the costs arising from returning the tires up to ten (10) euros, unless the delivered tires do not match the ordered ones. OÜ Pit-Stop Rehvid will exchange tires for free that do not match the ones displayed in the pit-stop.ee e-shop. Tires to be returned must be unused, i.e. the tires must not have been driven or mounted on the rim and/or dismantled from the rim. Upon return, the money will be refunded to the customer immediately, but no later than within 14 days of returning the product. The money is transferred to the same current account from where it was received by OÜ Pit-Stop Rehvid.

Direct marketing and personal data processing

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. OÜ Pit-Stop Tires does not share data with third parties.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us via e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
